PitBall Records Compilation Vol.2 Digital Release

PitBall records is proud to announce the digital release of their compilation Vol.2 -- A year in the making, and labor of love, PitBall was graced with ten great bands from the southwest of Arizona. Each band came into Pitball recording studio and laid down their best track. The studio time donated to the bands to allow each group to do their best and create a realistic sound that emulates their true sound.

60 percent of all proceeds from the downloads of PitBall Records Compilation Vol. 2 go towards pet owners animal chemotherapy treatment. The first donation box will be placed at Southwest Veterinarian Oncology, Tucson Az.

The Cd was produced by Oliver Saul and Co-Produced with Raul Lopez. All songs written and arrange by the artists/bands. Special thanks to Gary Mann for all the equipment and advice given over the years. Last but not least, Thank you Mom! (Alison Beck) for allowing Pitball recording studio to exist.

The unfortunate passing of Hannah(Pitball Mascot) was brought on by cancer, she lived 6 extra months from the care provided by her oncology doctor. I (Oliver Saul) would like to be able to help other pet owners with the burden of knowing your family pet needs treatment.

PitBall Records Mascot Passes Away

PitBall Records' beloved mascot and adored pet(Hannah) passed away November 30th, 2012.
She lived almost 12 full years of an amazing life. She was survived by DeeDee her companion and Alison Beck and Oliver Saul. Her talent in carrying a bowling bowl, learned at age three, was her claim to fame. The idea of creating a record label is based around a dog who chooses to do the impossible, by hauling around a bowling ball in her mouth. Hannah loved people and she understood what it meant to be nice and happy. PitBall Records would like her legacy to be an inspiration of doing the impossible and never think just because things look too big they still can be moved and carried.
